As an organisational psychologist, she combines deep expertise in leadership development, agile transformation, and strategy with hands-on experience as a founder and leader herself. Having worked with countless executives across industries, she knows the real challenges leaders face and how to turn insight into impact. The Rebel Academy program reflects her years of practice: sharp, practical, and rooted in systemic thinking.

As a leader turned coach, she understands leadership from the inside and now empowers others by combining structural and strategic clarity with a human-centered approach. Her work ensures that growth is not only ambitious but sustainable.
