Join the Rebel Bootcamp
An intensive kick-off for leaders who want change fast. In a compact format, you explore your leadership style, tackle real challenges, and leave with concrete tools you can apply immediately. No fluff, no theory overload – just sharp input, practice, and reflection that shifts how you lead from day one.
Module 1: Leading Myself
Cultivate self-trust, resilience, and awareness. Learn to regulate energy, face obstacles as opportunities, and lead from a place of authenticity.

Module 2: Leading My Team
Build trust, psychological safety, and motivation. Develop the courage to have hard conversations, foster collaboration, and unlock the collective power of your people.

Module 3: Leading My Organisation
See the system as a whole. Create clarity in complexity, embed transformation, and design structures that empower teams and strengthen culture.

The Rebellion is a Process.
At Rebel Academy, leadership development is more than theory or an outcome—it’s a process. We guide leaders through a structured journey that builds self-awareness, sharpens execution, grounds decisions in facts, and embeds lasting change into daily leadership practice.
We start with a short personality test and individual conversations. This creates a solid foundation: leaders understand themselves better, reflect on their strengths and blind spots, and set meaningful development goals. It also ensures that learning groups are formed in a way that fosters growth and diversity.
You will be part of a small, diverse group that stays with you throughout the Academy. This mirrors the dynamics of real teams: different perspectives, different strengths, and the challenge to collaborate effectively. It’s a safe space to experiment, practice, and grow together.
The Academy is built around three core modules that you complete with the full cohort. Depending on your cohort, these sessions can be face-to-face, hybrid, or fully remote. Each module combines sharp input, reflection, and direct practice – always linked to your real leadership context.
Between the modules, your learning group works on concrete challenges connected to the module topics. These tasks deepen your understanding, push collaboration, and ensure that learning translates into practice. Each challenge is guided and supported to keep momentum high.
Alongside group work, you can book one-on-one coaching sessions. These focus on your personal leadership challenges and help you address specific situations with tailored support. It’s where you connect the dots between your context, your goals, and your growth.
